We are pleased to announce that the court of first instance has decided in favor of our clients on the case of the annulment of the general assembly’s decision for administrative non-release of Galatasaray Board of Directors, the file had initiated and followed up for two years by us.
We are fully confident that the decision of the court will be precedent after approval of the appeal process and we believe there will be no similar aggrievement in Galatasaray community.
